4. Fees and Payment

Fees are based on the number of pages you publish plus any optional add-ons you choose. All fees are disclosed before purchase. Billing occurs monthly unless otherwise stated.

5. Content You Publish

You retain ownership of the content you publish. By using our services, you grant us a license to host, display, and distribute that content as needed to operate the platform.

6. Prohibited Uses

You may not use our services to:

• Publish illegal, fraudulent, or misleading content
• Harvest or scrape user data without permission
• Interfere with platform performance or security
• Infringe on the rights of others
• Send spam or unsolicited communications

7. Lead Marketplace

If you choose to sell leads through our marketplace, you agree that we may verify, score, and resell those leads to third-party buyers. Revenue is split as described in our pricing information.

8. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these terms. You may also close your account at any time from your dashboard.

9. Limitation of Liability

Content Hub is provided as-is. We are not liable for any damages arising from your use of the service beyond the fees you paid in the prior month.

10. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the service after changes means you accept the updated terms.
